General Terms and Conditions (GTC) including conditions of carriage for prime taxi.eu:

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between prime taxi.eu, hereinafter referred to as "the company", and its customers in connection with the provision of cab services in Austria.

2. Conditions of carriage

2.1 Bookings and availability:

1. Customers can book cab services by telephone or e-mail.
2. The availability of cab services depends on the capacity of the company and, if necessary, on prior reservation.

2.2 Fares:

1. Fares are based on the company's tariffs valid at the time of travel.
2. Additional costs, such as parking fees or tolls, may be charged to the customer.

2.3 Terms of payment:

1. Payment for cab services is made in cash or by credit card at the time of the journey.
2. Invoices can be issued on request.

2.4 Cancellation:

1. Customers can cancel bookings free of charge up to a certain period before the agreed travel date.
2. The company may charge a cancellation fee if the customer cancels after the deadline or does not show up.

2.5 Liability:

The company is liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the driver. The company is only liable for other damages within the scope of the statutory provisions.

3. General provisions

3.1 Changes to the GTC:

The company reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The amended GTC will be made available to the customer before the next journey.

3.2 Severability clause:

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

3.3 Place of jurisdiction:

Austrian law shall apply exclusively to disputes arising from the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the registered office of the company.
